TOIT created in Nepal during the year 2000 A.D., is launching an extended program of the organization “TOIT Educational and Women Empowerment Community“ aimed at bringing together all like-minded people including TOIT well-wishers, benevolent volunteers, sponsors, friends and family wishing to commit them in sharing their successful parts of life experiences. Each of us can have a different perspective of life which can be full of wisdom and aliveness with profound results.

Complementary to TOIT, this new community aims to work towards fulfilling youth career building and women empowerment through their own life perception. Building a better world by collaborating with young people across various countries with human values : actualization, self-respect, mission accomplishment, justice, sharing, and discipline in life, we can accomplish for making our life worth living.

Active since 2000, TOIT association is committed in the field of education and social assistance through child education and women empowerment by actively participating in creating awareness and counseling programs at schools and academic institutions. Our primary mission is to foster a child at school by encouraging them to carve their future through their own passionate mission. After working in the field of child education through scholarship programs from 2000 to 2007, TOIT has been actively participating through educational programs with an objective of creating a child friendly atmosphere where they can bloom on their own. We are helping to have a better environment for children, parents, school owners and teachers so that everyone of them are able to coordinate well for the common mission accomplishment.

Due to unemployment and economic crises in the country, many young students are found to be leaving the country once they graduate. Thus, nearly 3000 young and energetic people, mainly men, are going abroad every day. Most never come back and others work in very precarious conditions especially in Qatar, Dubai, Malaysia, etc. Most of them don’t come back to the country or they come back with sickness or even die there. Young people are also leaving family farms, whose land is becoming the envy of real estate developers. At the same time, many young students are also going to Australia, Europe, India, China, Japan, America, Canada and several other developed countries for their higher studies. Most of them don’t come back and settle in their respective countries.

Faced with this situation, it seems necessary to stem this flow of departures by offering prospects for sustainable education. One of the main objectives of “TOIT Community” is therefore to enable young people at the end of their studies to integrate a positive vibes among the current youth to build self-confidence, creativity, and be self-motivated on social entrepreneurship.

We are happy to inform you that we are able to start a regular and in depth newsletter, and share videos about our pedagogy through our own YouTube channel. We are able to transmit effective and reliable information to all the people across the world. All the interested volunteers, TOIT well-wishers, sponsors and friends are warmly invited to share their experiences, failures, successes, inspirational messages through regular newsletters and online interviews which will be displayed on the newsletter and YouTube channel as a life learning message.  

The community’s headquarter is currently located in Bhaktapur, Nepal. Depending on the need, its helping organizations can then be gradually set up in other countries. Anyone wishing to visit the organization’s headquarters will be warmly welcomed. The initial meeting can be managed by virtual means of communication.
