TOIT wants to continue the support of developing teaching pedagogy and also to the Newar community – focusing and collaborating with disabled women to empower them for their better life. We would like to sounds up that there is a need for change in Nepal in many ways and being harmony with the following organisational principles :

  1. Education & Awareness
    • Schools and communities should focus on teaching a growth mindset—the belief that abilities can be developed through dedication and effort.
    • Encourage self-exploration and self-reflection meditation, or mentorship.
  2. Positive Role Models & Stories
    • Sharing real-life stories of people who overcame challenges to succeed can inspire others to recognize their own potential.
    • Movies, books, and documentaries highlighting human resilience can be powerful.
  3. Building Confidence
    • Encourage people to take small steps outside their comfort zones.
    • Celebrate progress, not just results—this helps build self-worth.
  4. Creating Supportive Communities
    • Surrounding individuals with supportive and uplifting people fosters self-belief.
    • Workplaces, families, and friendships should be spaces of encouragement, not judgment.
  5. Making Resources Available
    • Access to coaching, mentorship, self-improvement content, or therapy can help people see and develop their potential.
  6. Leading by Example
    • If we live with confidence in our own potential, others around us will be inspired to do the same.
    • Encouraging self-awareness and questioning of limiting beliefs can help people break free.
